In keeping with the spirit of democracy P.S.I held its election for the students' council on Friday, 19th September 2008. Prior to the elections the candidates introduced themselves to the students through a 3-day campaign that included speeches, poetry recitations and a talent show by the candidates.The elections for the post of Vice Captain for endeavour were postponed due to the unavailability of the candidates.

P.S.I's 18th birthday celebrated with usual zeal and fervour.
